The events of Musa (A.S) in the Holy Qur'an

When did Musa(A.S) heard these words from Allah during one of the loneliest periods in his life when him and his wife were pushed to their physical limits traveling the Earth all by themselves with basic Provisions just enough to keep them alive lost for Direction they see a glimmer of light Moses says to his wife:

إِذْ رَءَا نَارًۭا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ ٱمْكُثُوٓا۟ إِنِّىٓ ءَانَسْتُ نَارًۭا لَّعَلِّىٓ ءَاتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى ٱلنَّارِ هُدًۭى

When he saw a fire, he said to his family, “Wait here, ˹for˺ I have spotted a fire. Perhaps I can bring you a torch from it, or find some guidance at the fire.” (Quran Chapter 20 verse 10)

wait here for a moment I see a glimmer of light I will bring you a torch of fire from it or maybe someone will just give us some guidance to help us navigate this terrain unbeknown to Musa however he was not making his way to a fire he was being called by Allah to stand in the sacred Valley of Torah to speak to King of Kings the owner of sovereignty and the possessor of all Dominion Allah he stands and he hears the voice of Allah:

إِنَّنِىٓ أَنَا ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنَا۠ فَٱعْبُدْنِى وَأَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ لِذِكْرِىٓ

‘It is truly I. I am Allah! There is no God ˹worthy of worship˺ except Me. So, worship Me ˹alone˺, and establish prayer for My remembrance.

 (Quran Chapter 20 verse 14)

 

 

Musa Receives closure answers that he needed all throughout his life he had suffered and up until this moment he had no idea why all of this suffering came unto him he hears these following words documented by the Quran so you can imagine it and benefit from its treasure. He hears

قَالَ قَدْ أُوتِيتَ سُؤْلَكَ يَـٰمُوسَىٰ

Allah responded, “All that you requested has been granted, O Musa!

(Quran Chapter 20 verse 36)

Allah says Oh Musa we have responded to your request

وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَيْكَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَىٰٓ

And surely, we had shown You favors before, (Quran Chapter 20 verse 37)

إِذْ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمِّكَ مَا يُوحَىٰٓ

When we inspired your mother with this: (Quran Chapter 20 verse 38)

 

We have conferred our favor upon you yet again when we sent inspiration to your mother

أَنِ ٱقْذِفِيهِ فِى ٱلتَّابُوتِ فَٱقْذِفِيهِ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ فَلْيُلْقِهِ ٱلْيَمُّ بِٱلسَّاحِلِ يَأْخُذْهُ عَدُوٌّۭ لِّى وَعَدُوٌّۭ لَّهُۥ ۚ وَأَلْقَيْتُ عَلَيْكَ مَحَبَّةًۭ مِّنِّى وَلِتُصْنَعَ عَلَىٰ عَيْنِىٓ

‘Put him into a chest, then put it into the river. The river will wash it ashore, and he will be taken by ˹Pharaoh, ˺ an enemy of Mine and his.’ And I blessed you with lovability from Me¹ ˹O Moses˺ so that you would be brought up under My ˹watchful˺ Eye (Quran Chapter 20 verse 39)

 

 

saying to your mom place the baby in the cart then placed the cart in the river then the river will take him to the shore where an enemy of an enemy of mine will take him the Pharaoh well and I have cast the Garment of love over you remember

إِذْ تَمْشِىٓ أُخْتُكَ فَتَقُولُ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ مَن يَكْفُلُهُۥ ۖ فَرَجَعْنَـٰكَ إِلَىٰٓ أُمِّكَ كَىْ تَقَرَّ عَيْنُهَا وَلَا تَحْزَنَ ۚ وَقَتَلْتَ نَفْسًۭا فَنَجَّيْنَـٰكَ مِنَ ٱلْغَمِّ وَفَتَنَّـٰكَ فُتُونًۭا ۚ فَلَبِثْتَ سِنِينَ فِىٓ أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ ثُمَّ جِئْتَ عَلَىٰ قَدَرٍۢ يَـٰمُوسَىٰ

˹Remember˺ when your sister came along and proposed, ‘Shall I direct you to someone who will nurse him?’¹ So We reunited you with your mother so that her heart would be put at ease, and she would not grieve. ˹Later˺ you killed a man ˹by mistake˺, but We saved you from sorrow, as well as other tests We put you through. Then you stayed for a number of years among the people of Midian. Then you came here as pre-destined, O Musa!

(Quran Chapter 20 verse 40)

وَٱصْطَنَعْتُكَ لِنَفْسِى

And I have selected you for My service. (Quran Chapter 20 verse 41)

when your sister she followed you and she said to them shall I not tell you who can take care of this baby then we'll return you back to your mother so that her eye can rest and she would not grieve and remember Musa when you killed someone but we saved you from retaliation and we tested you with severe tests then Musa you spent many years with the people of median then you came to this place at the decree time and I have prepared you for myself so now he understood all of his suffering in his life was not in vain in waste it was a preparation for this moment to become a prophet of Allah and his heart finally Settles now as a Muslim when you hear this story and you have read it before you ask yourself the question how can I be a person like Musa whom Allah prepares by himself to be for himself I would love to be this past whom Allah guides and helps and nurtures and supports against enemies and gives answers and gives him Security on the day of judgment and the highest Gardens of Jannah how can I be a person who is prepared by Allah or Allah I share with you five signs that you're suffering as a Muslim is not going to waste and your sacrifice will be thanked by Allah five signs and we take them from the biography of Musa sign number one measure yourself against these five you have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge when Allah wants good for a person it gives him understanding of the religion sign number two you have a strong commitment to Worship in all of its forms the very first words in that sacred value of two hours and establish the prayer for my remembrance that sign number two to measure yourself against what type of avid worship are you become an Exemplar worshiper of Allah when people are eating and drinking you are fasting when people are sleeping at night you are standing in Salah when people are gossiping and scrolling through their socials you are busy in the remembrance of Allah sign number three you have a Fearless ability to acknowledge your personal error there are certain mistakes that we've made in our past that we should have amended 10 years ago certain people we should have apologized to 15 years ago sign number four you have an unbreakable ethic of patients with the Commandments of Allah patience with the prohibitions of Allah the painful decrees of Allah your fifth sign to measure yourself to see whether you are being prepared by Allah to be for Allah is that you have this desire to be of service to other Musa sees two people fighting he has to involve himself to settle dispute.
