Drugs, gambling and alcohol are forbidden in Islam

According to the World Health Organization, how many people are killed by just smoking cigarettes, so if you are taking drugs, it is equivalent to suicide. Doctors have researched that drug addicts are more likely to commit suicide.

Messenger of Allah Muhammed (ﷺ) said:

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏"‏ كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَمَا أَسْكَرَ كَثِيرُهُ فَقَلِيلُهُ حَرَامٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

“Every intoxicant is unlawful and whatever causes intoxication in large amounts, a small amount of it is (also) unlawful.” (book Sunan Ibn Majah 3392)

let me tell you something about drugs, gambling and alcohol they're not just forbidden they are according to Allah abominations evils from the work of the demons pork pigs are forbidden(haram) but they're not evil they're just an animal they're not evil alcohol gambling are evil they're evil Allah calls them abominations from the work of demons (shayaten) not every forbidden (haram) is the same level Quran says:

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَا ٱلْخَمْرُ وَٱلْمَيْسِرُ وَٱلْأَنصَابُ وَٱلْأَزْلَـٰمُ رِجْسٌۭ مِّنْ عَمَلِ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنِ فَٱجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

O believers! Intoxicants, gambling, idols, and drawing lots for decisions1 are all evil of Satan’s handiwork. So, shun them so you may be successful.

(Quran Chapter 5 verse 90)

وَأَنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا تُلْقُوا۟ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى ٱلتَّهْلُكَةِ ۛ وَأَحْسِنُوٓا۟ ۛ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلْمُحْسِنِينَ

Spend in the cause of Allah and do not let your own hands throw you into destruction ˹by withholding˺. And do good, for Allah certainly loves the good-doers. (Quran Chapter 2 verse 195)

these are special forbidden (haram) categories special forbidden categories stay away from this stuff because you are you are in like you're infected by demons if you're involved in that stuff you're infected by demons get away from it save yourself save your family get away stop looking for a fatwa stop no fatwa will get away the stigma of demons from alcohol and gambling get away from it there's no good for you you're not saving anything for your family Quran Says:

يُنَادُونَهُمْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ ۖ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَـٰكِنَّكُمْ فَتَنتُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَتَرَبَّصْتُمْ وَٱرْتَبْتُمْ وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْأَمَانِىُّ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَغَرَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْغَرُورُ

The tormented will cry out to those graced, “Were we not with you?” They will reply, “Yes ˹you were˺. But you chose to be tempted ˹by hypocrisy˺, ˹eagerly˺ awaited ˹our demise˺, doubted ˹the truth˺, and were deluded by false hopes until Allah’s decree ˹of your death˺ came to pass. And ˹so˺ the Chief Deceiver1 deceived you about Allah. (Quran Chapter 57 verse 14)

you took your time the verse of Quran means you said I know it's haram money but let me just make enough so, I can pay off the house then I’ll open the halal meat shop then it's all halal after that well let me just pay off the house first let me just save enough for this kid college tuition first let me just save enough so I have some little bits left over then you'll see I will go all halal after that but right now let me just do what I’m doing you kept putting it off you kept saying inshallah you got to jump ship you're not making money you're feeding your mouth is not eating that's not halal chicken you're eating when you earn haram money and go to the store that's not halal chicken you're eating it doesn't make it the money has to be halal and the food has to be you understand and you're feeding yourself and your family fire don't feed them fire save yourself this is a serious matter you keep putting it off and when you put off like that then demons gets you man demons fills you with aspirations Allah says aspirations false hopes they've they deluded you were like man I’m goanna move to that neighborhood then I’m goanna get that car then I’m goanna do and you're looking at magazines and you're checking out real estate websites and you're looking at aspiration after aspiration after aspiration and then you say to yourself man Allah has taken care of me so much in world oh my god Jannah is going to be awesome and after I write that fat check at the masjid fundraiser with my haram money how can I not be guaranteed Jannah I’ll keep the receipt with me just in case the angel lost it somewhere and look I mean I kept the receipt you got you started creating your own deluded version of what will happen to you of what success is what salvation is you started feeding yourself lies until the decision of Allah came until death came and all of the things you used to tell yourself and the arguments you used to have at Eid parties and the justifications you used to make for your misbehavior all of that will disappear and the one who is so awesome at deceiving just got he got you what is Allah saying demons got you. I pray to Allah Almighty to show us the right path and protect us from all social evils, Ameen.
