﷽   All the praise is for Allah who is the author of all existence and the most generous to his creation while he is also the all compelling, he is the only one worthy of our worship having no partners no associates no sons no daughters no one whom he must consult and no one or anything which has any comparison with him all the praise is for Allah who is the king of all who claim sovereignty the only one who has the right to legislate for his creatures he is the giver of life he is the cause of death while death has no effect upon him because he is the ever living the self subsisting the eternal and the only absolute all the praises for Allah who has power over all things and there is in reality no power and no strength no influence to cause benefit or detriment except through him it is he who created this complex world the scene and the unseen the evident and the speculative the earth and all that is on it and everything that is in it   is he who sent his messengers and...

Human Rights in Islam

 

﷽


Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, was the first human being to revolutionize human rights in a way no other person has ever done in all of recorded human history. Muhammed ﷺ final achievement was not simply preaching certain virtues, but instating a flawless system that would actually ensure these values manifested and unfolded on the ground. Muhammed, ﷺ fraternized with all people despite their differences and purged people's prejudices. In his famous farewell sermon, he said:

یأیها الناس إن ربکم واحد وأباکم واحد ألا لا فضل لعربي على عجمي ولا لعجمي على عربي ولا أسود على أحمر ولا أحمر على أسود إلا بالتقوی

مجمع الزوائد:۳؍۲۶۶، مسنداحمد:۵؍۴۱۲

 "O people, your Lord is one, and your father, Adam, the father of humanity is one. There is no distinction for an Arab over a non-Arab, nor for a non-Arab over an Arab, nor for a white skinned person over a black skinned person, nor for a black skinned person over a white-skinned person, except by virtue of their righteousness."

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, aimed to create a universal brotherhood irrespective of race and lineage. As famed historian Arnold Toynbee believes in his book Civilization on Trial," this goal was accomplished quite successfully.

"And in the contemporary world he says, "There stands a crying need for the propagation of this Islamic virtue." And very similar to this are the words of Malcolm X, may Allah bestow mercy on his soul. When he finally went to the Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca did, he recognize the equality that only Islam could make possible on the ground in reality, in living color between the human race? As for wherever this virtue is absent, either by those who do not know Islam or do not live up to its ideals, we find concepts like equality and justice and brotherhood as superficial clichés many of times, many of times they are just verbiage, that is weaponized for political gains or social maneuvering. But unlike those who employ such double standards with these lofty virtues, we find the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, operating at the height of his power with the dignity of every last human being in mind. With dictates like,

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (أعطوا الأجير أجره قبل أن يجف عرقه)، وفي رواية (حقه) بدل (أجره) رواه ابن ماجه، وصححه الألباني.

"Pay the laborer his wages before his sweat dries,"

The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, was able to eradicate so many of the financial inequities that were condoned in his time. As a result of his blessed ministry, you find some of his closest companions, like Abu Dharrda, who used to dress his servants in such a way that those who did not know them could not tell them apart from those who did their work. Adwa Ibn Muhammad, grandson of a very early governor of Yemen and disciple of the Prophet Muhammad, enters the governorship of that land, Yemen, and he offers them the highest financial transparency and from the beginning declares the right of the people to hold him accountable for the financial affairs of his office. Muhammad changed more than just human rights. We find similar friends elsewhere. Therefore, all this enormous progress in mankind was possible through the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Business as a Muslim

  ﷽ There are occasions Mashallah that if you're honest if you're truthful you will have a better clientage in the long run it will benefit you in business it will give you more profit but I do agree with you that by corruption by cheating many people make a lot of profit but for a Muslim Allah says in the Quran: ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلْمَوْتَ وَٱلْحَيَوٰةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًۭا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْغَفُورُ He is the One˺ Who created death and life in order to test which of you is best in deeds. And He is the Almighty, All-Forgiving. Earthquakes Warning of ALLAH

    بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ   Hadith No: 146 Narrated/Authority of Abu Huraira ( Hadith No. 85 Vol 1). Sahih Bukhari. Drugs, gambling and alcohol are forbidden in Islam

  ﷽ According to the World Health Organization, how many people are killed by just smoking cigarettes, so if you are taking drugs, it is equivalent to suicide. Doctors have researched that drug addicts are more likely to commit suicide.
